Acceptable Use

✕share credentials with others
✕scrape or automated data extraction
✕interfere with service availability
✕upload malicious code or malware
✕impersonate another user or entity
✕use the service to harass or harm others

3. permanent termination for repeated or severe violations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ekachit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

→internet or infrastructure failures
→third-party service provider outages

Amendment Procedure
